I found Mr. Fridie a year ago on my Google search in family matters and he did not disappoint! He helped me in August 2020 to address a family matter and again this past July 2021. Mr. Fridie was knowledgeable about the matters and gave me sound advice for personal matters involving the cases as well. He is not like the others I have encountered or witnessed that want to bleed your pockets by doing things the long way and he listens to your requests. Mr. Fridie is very affordable, offers payment arrangements (if needed) and is upfront about costs for work. Mr. Fridie is personable and actually cares about his clients and provided realistic expectations and delivered even better results as both have gone in my favor. I had a very difficult and complex case that dragged out for almost two years due to my ex-wife being difficult to settle with. He did an excellent job representing me. He was very professional, thorough, and honest with me throughout the entire process. My ex-wife wanted me to get little to no parenting time with our daughter, pay a significant amount of child support, and pay alimony. He was able to help me get equal parenting time (joint physical and legal custody) with my daughter, my child support terminated, and make sure my ex-wife was not awarded any alimony. I retained Mr. Fridie as my attorney after receiving a Criminal Summons for writing an honest review about a local business on Google and Yelp, so I figured it would be apt to do the same regarding his practice.
From the first time I contacted Mr. Fridie's office, he took ample time to review my case with me and give his initial impressions prior to receiving Discovery. During our first in-person meeting, he proved himself to be a competent and capable Counsel, outlining my legal options and various scenarios I could expect from the Plaintiff and Prosecution. He and his staff were always available when I had questions or concerns and I never felt "lost" or uncertain about what was going on during the criminal process. He was present at each court appearance and always presented me with the options the District Attorney was offering without attempting to nudge me in one direction, allowing me to make decisions I felt were best for me and my family. With his legal expertise, he was able to take an annoying and convoluted case and achieve what is essentially a dismissal of all charges, for which I am extremely grateful.
I am supremely happy with the legal services and representation Mr. Fridie provided and will gladly recommend him to others with legal issues. Although I do hope it does not occur again in the future if anything does I plan on using Mr. Fridie for all of my criminal justice needs.
